Your first lessonI work on very similar skills across all ages/levels. Anyone can learn how to shoot better! A lot of form shooting and footwork tune ups and simple finishing drills
Lesson 11+Ability to hit shots consistently and making layups consistently with different finishes. Being able to know which finish to use with each defensive read. Elite footwork and pace
Lesson 4-10Continuation of progression, adding more reads and quicker reaction times, adding in bits of more advanced finishing
Lesson 2-3Progression of footwork. Being comfortable shooting and finishing from different ways of getting open and different defensive reads
Youth players
Working with kidsGet a baseline of where they’re at athletically with simple shooting and dribbling. Progress based off of ability. Getting them comfortable with looking me in the eye and responding to questions. Being someone that gives them confidence
Working with teenagersGet an understanding of how they feel with current MS/HS coaches and LISTEN. A lot of teenagers just want to be heard. Holding teens to a certain standard and preparing them for adulthood
