Bio: Certified soccer coach, Division 1 athlete, and founder of SNipers Soccer Training, I combine 20 years of experience with a Sports Management education at FGCU to help players grow on and off the field. My mission is to unlock each athlete’s full potential through personalized coaching and a deep love for the game, while continuing to build a career in coaching and sports development.

Bio: My name is Mouad El Adli. I grew up in Morocco, played soccer professionally, and now I’m sharing that experience with the next generation. What makes me unique is the balance I bring—teaching kids professional-level skills while keeping training fun and motivating. My goal is simple: to help young players grow in confidence, discipline, and passion for the game.

Bio: I’ve spent over 20 years immersed in the Southwest Florida soccer community as a player, coach, and trainer. My journey began at 12 years old, and by 16, I was already coaching youth players. At 20, I earned my USSF C License and made the complete transition into a professional coaching and training career. Since 2017, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Girls Varsity Head Coach at The Canterbury School of Fort Myers. As of March 2025, my record stands at 112–39–9, highlighted by district championships in 2019, 2021, 2024, and 2025, a regional title in 2021, and a State Finalist appearance in 2021. That same year, our program was ranked nationally in the USC Top 100, and I was honored to be named News-Press Coach of the Year. My coaching philosophy centers on holistic player development, building complete athletes through technical precision, physical conditioning, and tactical understanding.
