Bio: Hello, my friends call me J, I played varsity football at Fountain Valley High School for 4 years, and 1 year at the collegiate level. I played WR/ DB , if you want to be more smarter, agile, quicker, and have faster feet than anyone around you, and have a better understanding of how to play this great game of football, I’m the guy you call. For To my training session were never intended to only have effects during the time I am with you, but are meant to have positive lasting effects even I after I depart from you on and off the FIELD.

Bio: My name is Lukas O’Connor and I am a football coach with over 15 years of coaching and playing experience. I am a former professional Quarterback that has experience working with all levels of the game from youth to the NFL. My passion is mastering the Quarterback position and teaching football and the life lessons it teaches you to the up and coming generations. I love the challenge that football gives people and feel it is something that teaches you about how to deal with the many adversities we have throughout life.
