Beginner training plan
Your first lessonUnderstand the basics of how to play Linebacker and what is needed of them on the field.
Lesson 11+You will now be able to know the difference between run and pass and add a third skill of pass Rush moves in order to help make you a better Linebacker overall.
Lesson 4-10Teach them the basics of block destruction and how to get off blocks, not only from offensive lineman, but running backs and fullbacks. Also work on their past drops in order to make them a more versatile Linebacker.
Lesson 2-3Teach them the basics of a Linebacker stance and how to read their keys in order to help make them a better Linebacker.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonSharpen up their stances and advance their knowledge in the game of football, and what it takes to be a D1 football player
Lesson 11+You are now be advanced both in the run and pass game so we would take time to go over pass. Rush moves and how they can help advanced your game when blitzing.
Lesson 4-10Add more moves to how to get off blocks, not only offensive lineman, but running backs and fullbacks. Also a advanced overview on covering tight ends and running backs 1 on 1
Lesson 2-3Include advanced drill, work specifically for outside linebackers, and inside linebackers
