Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDetermine skill level, We’l practice some hitting one on one. Once your skill level is determined we’ll run a few drills, see what you’re comfortable with and go from there! We’ll also play a few games!
Lesson 11+As I get to know you better we will have a game plan specifically designed for you!
Lesson 4-10Maintain consistency of the things we’ve been learning. Look at where we were at before and compare how we can keep improving your game while also making it fun and challenging
Lesson 2-3We’ll work on the main things we saw needed improvement in lesson one. Incorporate practice targeting these areas while also developing an overall game plan on how to get better
