Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI get to know the student and review how tennis is played on court. We practice" Instant Tennis", they learn to rally on day one.
Lesson 11+They will learn how to keep a score, hit a backhand and how to play doubles.
Lesson 4-10They will learning to rally through drills and games.
Lesson 2-3They will to use the Continental Grip.
Youth players
Working with kidsI use red balls when teaching 5 to 7 year olds on a 60 foot court set up.
What you need to bringThey should bring water, tennis shoes, a hat. Bring a racquet if they want advance.
What I can bringI bring tennis racquets and various colored balls.
