Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start by getting to know the student and their goals. Then I teach the basic grip, ready position, and simple forehand and backhand shots. We finish with fun drills so they enjoy the game and build confidence.
Lesson 2-3We continue practicing the basic strokes, improve footwork, and learn how to serve and rally. The lessons include fun games and drills to help build consistency and confidence.
Lesson 4-10Students will improve their technique, movement, and control. We will practice serving, rallying, scoring, and basic match play. Each lesson is adjusted to the student's progress and goals.
Lesson 11+Lessons focus on becoming a better overall player. We work on consistency, strategy, fitness, and match situations while improving any areas that need extra practice. The goal is to help students enjoy tennis and keep improving.
What you need to bringPlease wear comfortable sports clothes and tennis shoes. Bring a water bottle and your tennis racket if you have one. If you don't have a racket, I can provide one for you.
What I can bringI provide tennis balls, cones, training equipment, and a racket if you don't have one. Everything needed for the lesson will be ready when you arrive.
