About your tennis coach
Hey everyone. I’ve had over 30 years of playing high level and 2+ years of coaching experience. A former National Champion (U14–16) and State Champion (U16–18), I also competed at the collegiate level and served as a university team captain. I teach all levels and I specialize in player development of all ages, focusing on stroke production, footwork, consistency, and confidence on court. I also focus on technical excellence .

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonEvaluate skills and goals while learning fundamental technique, movement patterns, and the foundations needed to build a successful tennis game.
Lesson 2-3Develop consistency and ball control through drills , footwork and game situations. Introduce volley fundamentals, direction control, and basic point play.
Lesson 4-10Strengthen stroke production, movement, court positioning, volleys, serves, and point construction while improving overall athletic performance.
Lesson 11+Refine technique, improve competitive skills and level, and create a customized plan for long-term improvement.
