Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWill go over the basics and learn forehand, backhand and basic footwork
Lesson 11+At this point the student should have a good foundation of the basics and should be able to keep rallies and play points.
Lesson 4-10Will be introduced to serve, volleys, and slice if desired to.
Lesson 2-3Will continue developing what was taught in the first lesson.
What you need to bringMake sure to bring water to stay hydrated and proper shoes and attire. If you are missing a racquet I can bring one for you!
What I can bringWill provide the basket of balls and the equipment for the lesson. I can also bring a racquet if needed.
