Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson, we spend the first 20 minutes developing the basic coordination skills needed for learning. Then we move on to the very first fundamental techniques of the forehand and backhand.
Lesson 11+From lesson 11 onward we build Player IDENTITY. development continues toward the student’s full potential in terms of coordination, footwork, strength, flexibility, technique, as well as enjoyment and self-confidence.
Lesson 4-10From lessons 4 to 10, the student will develop control of the ball in terms of depth and placement. They will work on game patterns. They will start working on the appropriate grips for volleys, slice, and serve, and will gain a solid understanding of the official rules of tennis for match play.u
Lesson 2-3In the second and third lessons, we continue the motor development approach by introducing concepts of body control and weight transfer. We make technical adjustments to both strokes so the student can begin rallying
