🎾 Lesson 1 (Absolute Beginners)
Objective: Get familiar with the racket, ball, and court.
• Introduction to the basic grip (continental).
• General warm-up + coordination games (bouncing the ball with the hand, passing it with a partner).
• Racket control drills: bouncing the ball on the ground, juggling it in the air.
• First static strokes: forehand and backhand without the net, focusing only on control.
• Simple game: hitting the ball over a line on the ground.
• Cool-down with stretches and recap of the lesson.
🎾 Lessons +11 (Consolidation & Intermediate Level)
Objective: Turn training into real match play.
• Serve with variations (topspin, slice).
• Stroke combinations (forehand–approach, serve–forehand).
• Spin introduction (topspin, basic slice).
• Match situations: approaching the net, defending deep balls, attacking short balls.
• Full matches with official scoring.
• Strategy: building a point, identifying opponent weaknesses.
• Tennis-specific conditioning (endurance, reaction speed).
🎾 Lessons 4–10 (Building the Game)
Objective: Improve consistency and start playing points.
• Forehand and backhand development with longer rallies.
• Serve progression with the ball (toss, soft contact, then full serve).
• Volley introduction and net play (coach feeding balls).
• Return of serve basics.
• Introduction to basic tactics: keeping the ball in play, hitting crosscourt, using the whole court.
• Small matches: short sets or “service point” games.
🎾 Lessons 2–3 (Basic Fundamentals)
Objective: Introduction to rallies.
• Review of grips and basic strokes.
• Forehand and backhand drills with controlled bounces.
• Serve introduction without the ball (shadow swings).
• Footwork drills (side-to-side, forward–backward).
• Mini-games on half-court (focus on keeping the ball in play, no pressure).
