The first lesson is about giving a beginner a clear, comfortable starting point. I learn what they want from golf, then cover grip, posture, ball position, alignment, and a balanced finish without overwhelming them. We use simple drills like club-on-the ground alignment and feet-together Swings, with the goal of making solid contact and knowing what to practice next.
In lessons two and three, we reinforce the setup and begin connecting the swing to the ball flight. I introduce weight transfer, a connected backswing, and a natural release using drills like the Toe-Up Drill, Thumbs-Up Drill, and Intermediate Target Drill, We keep it simple, measure what improves, and build a short practice routine between lesSons.
From lessons four through ten, the training becomes more personal. We address the student's main miss while developing the full swing, chipping, putting, distance control, and basic course skills. Drills such as feet together swings, the Circle Chipping Drill, and putting between two clubs help turn better movements into repeatable shots.
After ten lessons, the focus shifts toward playing better golf instead of collecting more swing thoughts. We continue strengthening weak areas, but spend more time on shot selection, uneven Lies, pressure games, distance control, and on-course decisions. My goal is for the student to understand their tendencies, recognize their miss, and practice with a clear purpose.
