Your first lessonTesting: a skills, speed, agility, and strength assessment. I want to see you and evaluate you at your current position. Also, I want to get an idea of 40 yard, shuttle time, conditioning, etc. So I can really formulate a program outside to increase speed which will Slow you to have more success on the football field.

How it works

When coaching young children, I make lessons fun, interactive, and full of energy. I use games and age-appropriate activities to keep them engaged while reinforcing the fundamentals. My focus is on building a strong foundation through simple, effective drills that encourage movement and confidence. I emphasize patience, positivity, and encouragement so every child feels supported, motivated, and excited to continue learning and improving.

Working with teenagers When coaching teenagers, I design lessons that challenge them both physically and mentally. I balance advanced skill development with teamwork, strategy, and competition, creating sessions that prepare them for higher levels of play. I promote an environment of respect, collaboration, and accountability, where athletes push themselves and each other to succeed. By combining fitness, technical drills, and strategic thinking, I help teens build confidence, sharpen their abilities, and grow into well-rounded players ready for competition and personal achievement.
