Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionEvaluation of skill set(speed and agility) will go over some basic drills to determine where we need to begin, and to get an understanding of the clients abilities.
Training Session 2-3The second and third lessons will be going over the basic drills again, as well as adding additional drills, if the client can comfortably do them. Also, ramping up the intensity a bit.
Training Session 4-10By this point the client should start to feel more comfortable with the movements and intensity of the training. From here we will start to introduce more drills, up the intensity, as well as sport specific position drills
Training Session 11+From here, we will start to perfect our craft. Work on polishing up our skill set through drills and the concepts of football, while understanding how mental the game becomes.
