I'm Trey Merrill, a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt with over 11 years of training under my belt. For the past 7 years, I've been sharing my passion for the art by teaching everyone from kids to adults. My journey in Jiu-Jitsu has been incredibly rewarding, and I love helping students unlock their full potential on the mat and develop an understanding for street ready self defense.
