Beginner training plan
Your first lessonAssess the players skill and figure out what they want to improve on and come up with a plan to help reach goals within a certain amount of time.
Lesson 11+Finally this is about the time where you should feel confident enough to try to apply these into a real game situation whether it be 1v1 all the way up to 5v5 I’m confident you will be ready to compete with your new skills.
Lesson 4-10This is where we would want start applying our new found fundamentals into a more game like simulation. this is where we will do drills that reenact a game time situation.
Lesson 2-3Build up the fundamentals of the skills they want to get better at and slowly introduce more challenging drills.
