We absolutely loved our experience with Coach. Coach Bri was so good at teaching young kids all the necessary skills, at the same time keeping it so fun and entertaining. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson would be an introduction a long with learning about the importance of fundamentals.
Lesson 11+Game ready situation. 1 on 1 play. Going back to the fundamentals.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4 - 10 would be to get more reps in. Players should be more familiar with what the drills would look like.
Lesson 2-3Ball handling drills
Form shooting - spot up shooting, shooting in transition, pulling up off the dribble
Passing - bounce , chest , passing while moving
