When I first started working out with Jhazeal I was horrible, but he had a great way of not making me feel that way. He always comforted me and helped me get to the level of where I want to be. As a sophomore in high school now, I went from feeling completely unable to play the game to averaging 18pts per game. He helped me with finishing, scoring, dribbling and most importantly shooting. He’s an excellent coach.

He is really good and helps me understand the game better. He doesn’t sugarcoat any skill that is required and is very patient with me. He gives me time to grow and feel more empowered to compete.

In my lessons with Coach Jhazeal, I went from averaging 4pts a game to averaging 22pts a game. He helped me grow 500% better in on court performance. He helped me understand that performance anxiety is common but continuous work and practice will slowly dissolve that problem and he was right. Our practices are always fun and motivating. He even came to some of my games to help cheer me on which made me feel even better. I highly recommend.

Coach Jhazeal does a great job of making me feel a lot of joy and happiness from basketball. It’s always fun and the drills he teaches helps me understand, get a better feel and have a lot of respect for the game. Every time I work with him it’s always about being serious and getting 1% better.

“Although it was my first time playing basketball, Jhazeal helped me feel a lot more comfortable with having fun with basketball. In the four lessons that I’ve had with Coach Jhazeal, I went from being unable to dribble with my left hand and finishing with my left hand to being able to crossover with my left hand and finish with my left hand. He always prioritizes getting 1% better but it felt like I got 110% better. He listens and he pushes you to be the best but he always reminds me that I have to want this for myself too.
