Good day, I’m Jhazeal White, and I specialize in basketball training for athletes seeking to elevate their game. With my experience in going to multiple NBA combines, nearly signing a deal with the Knicks and playing against top basketball players, I can provide you with the guidance, tools and blueprints to help you with whatever you’re struggling with. With your experience level and the desire to train multiple times a week, I can tailor sessions to focus on skill development and areas I recommend for improvement. Whether you prefer training at your home or a local court, I’m flexible with weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings and even weekends to fit your schedule. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI figure out what you struggle with. I take you through a series of routines from shooting, dribbling, passing and finishing.
Lesson 11+In these lessons we will review everything we went over, break it down, start all over and polish off everything that still needs a bit more work. We will also incorporate some strength and conditioning in these workouts.
Lesson 4-10In these lessons you will be put through a series of training developing each and every skill necessary to make it far in this sport.
Lesson 2-3In your first lesson with whatever you struggled with the most we will work on that thoroughly until you feel more comfortable. The second lesson we will finish polishing off the first day and get started on your second trouble.
Youth players
Working with kidsI understand that children will have a much more harder time processing and understanding so I work on the fundamentals while also making it fun to learn.
Working with teenagersWith teenagers, some are still growing and getting used to what could possibly be for them. I help them maximize their potential and abilities. I make the environment comfortable and respectable but I don’t sugarcoat and I push for max results.
What you need to bringAll you have to do is bring your shoes and your A game. If you want to use your own ball that’s fine as well.
What I can bringI can provide a basketball and cones if necessary

When I first started working out with Jhazeal I was horrible, but he had a great way of not making me feel that way. He always comforted me and helped me get to the level of where I want to be. As a sophomore in high school now, I went from feeling completely unable to play the game to averaging 18pts per game. He helped me with finishing, scoring, dribbling and most importantly shooting. He’s an excellent coach.
