He is also a former Texas sectional major zone tournament champion at the 5.0 level and was USPTA certified to teach tennis 1999. Among his many achievements, his favorite memory is playing father-son doubles. As a coach, Brian has guided thousands of students, earning recognition from the City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department for his work with junior players. Many of his former students have reached the super champ level, with one winning an NCAA D3 national championship in 2019.

Bio: I picked up tennis as a middle schooler, played as a high schooler and enjoyed it competitively into both college (recreational) and during active duty. I continue to play, learn and tutor my children. I also had the honor of coaching elementary and middle school children as a Senior in high school. My desire to coach is in inspiring the next generation in this wonderful sport. Elaborating; my more competitive years were from 1994-1997 where I would compete across the state of Oklahoma in numerous USTA tournaments. Additionally, our high school hosted and participated in weekly matches and tournaments during the fall and spring school semesters. On a personal level, I am a Christian, husband, father, and hobbies are numerous because I’m an adventurous guy (tennis, golf, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, mountain and trail hiking, Astronomy). Professionally, I completed my Master’s Degree in 2016 & recently my PMP Certification (Project Management Professional). Security+ (CE) certified. Additionally, I coached Jr. Flag football (6 seasons), Jr. Volleyball (1 season) & Little League Baseball (2 seasons). Updates: My MinistrySafe Background Church sponsored by First Baptist Church of Georgetown (TX) was renewed as of July 2025 which included specific training in Sexual Assault Prevention and Reporting. TMT has a copy of the previous background annual check. During the week of 21-25 July 2025, I volunteered and served as the Small Group Leader for one of the 4th & 5th grades boys and girls (16 children; 2 supporting volunteers).

Bio: Hi, I'm Abraham. I just graduated and received five Division III offers at the end of my senior year. Working closely with top coaches has honed my technical skills in tennis. Instead of pursuing college tennis, I chose coaching because I'm passionate about guiding others to excel in this sport. I believe in my capacity to support you in reaching your peak performance and to demonstrate that young coaches like me are adept at what we do!

Bio: I am a former NCAA Division I player who has taught a plethora of kids, teens and adults to play this great game more competitively. I've always been passionate about tennis, and my journey has taken me to some incredible places. I played Division I tennis in college, competing in both singles and doubles, and even reached the finals of the 1984 Olympic Trials. Those experiences taught me the value of hard work, dedication, and the thrill of competition. Today, I still love the game and am always looking for ways to improve my skills and share my passion with others.
