I’m Richie: An attack-minded footballer and dedicated coach shaped by more than a decade of competing, studying, and teaching the game. My journey has carried me from youth and academy football, including time within FC Barcelona’s training system, to college soccer, and into the professional environment through trials and training stints across the U.S. and Europe. Alongside my playing career, I’ve coached at the collegiate level, serving as an assistant coach at the collegiate level, where I focused on strength and conditioning, technical development, and individualized performance planning. With a background in Exercise Science and Psychology, I bring a mind-body approach that helps players understand not just what to do, but why it works. Whether you’re a young player hungry to sharpen your foundation or an adult athlete returning to the game, I tailor every session to meet you where you are. My coaching style blends detail-oriented instruction with an encouraging, athlete-centered energy. I want every player I work with to feel seen, supported, and challenged.
