The first session focuses on building comfort with the ball and confidence. We introduce basic techniques like dribbling, passing, and ball control in a fun, low-pressure environment. The goal is to help the player feel successful, understand the fundamentals, and enjoy the game from the start.
At this stage, training becomes more personalized to the playerβs strengths and goals. We focus on advanced ball mastery, composure in tight spaces, and decision-making at higher speed. Players are challenged through competitive scenarios, helping them develop their unique style while building confidence to perform in real games.
Players begin applying their skills in more realistic, game-like situations. We introduce 1v1 moves, quick decision-making, and playing under pressure. Sessions focus on creativity, confidence on the ball, and understanding spacing, while continuing to refine technique through small-sided games and challenges.
In the second and third sessions, we build on the basics by adding more movement, coordination, and simple decision-making. Players begin combining skills (like dribbling into a pass), improving control under light pressure, and developing creativity. Sessions stay engaging and game-based to encourage confidence and natural development.
