Hi, I’m Coach Frida Monsalvo I’m a former Division 1 soccer player, All-American, and SCC Defensive Player of the Year with a degree in Kinesiology and a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I currently serve as the Head Girls’ Soccer Coach at Glen A. Wilson High School and as an Assistant Coach for the Mt. SAC Women’s Soccer Program. With years of experience as both a player and coach, I specialize in sports performance, speed and agility, strength and conditioning, and injury recovery—especially for athletes returning from ACL injuries. I’ve worked with athletes of all levels and ages, from youth players learning the basics to competitive athletes preparing for the next level. I currently play left fullback and serve as the captain for club soccer, specifically Platinum IE 2008's. I also played as a winger for one year of JV for Etiwanda High School. Looking to help younger or beginner/intermediate soccer players improve to the next level through various training drills. We will be focusing on agility, ball control, passing, and shooting.
