With a lifelong background in racket sports, including tennis, table tennis, and a passion for pickleball, I combine my experience as a competitive 5.0-level pickleball medalist and three Division 1 championships, and reaching the Southern California Semi-finals of CIF in tennis. A teaching professional at Braemar Country Club and Mika's Tennis Academy, a former Special Education instructor, registered behavior therapist, adaptive skills clinician, mobility trainer, and physical therapist aide, and I hold a Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, and Biomechanics. "First lesson with Alex. He came on time with his equipment and was easy to set up the lessons with. Friendly and knowledgeable with the love for the pickleball game. I was preparing for a future tournament so this lesson consists of a mix of everything, from different types of serves, to dinking, and returns. He evaluated my fundamentals and helped support my foundation and polished areas that I had issues being consistent with. Easy to work with and has an eye on picking up little details that I missed. Looking forward to future lessons and will review again on the progress.
