I'm a passionate pickleball coach/player with over 7 years of experience teaching and playing competitively. I consistently play at a 4.5 level to 5.0 and have a strong track record in tournaments. Vessy has competed in prestigious tournaments like the Empire State Games in Cortland NY . She had served as a pickleball coach for the Huntington YMCA in Boston and for the Boston Parks and recreation department. She works with people between 12 and 96. Sessions are on rotating base. Syllabus includes history of game, eye /hand coordination exercise, body positioning, scoring, returning serve, returning volleys, partner shadowing, corner to corner drop shots, strategy, procedure before play.

I especially liked his tip about keeping my paddle out in front, creating space, and hitting the ball outside of my front knee/leg.
