"A few years back my son was struck by lightning and was left with devastating injuries (SCI, nerve + muscle damage). He was in various clinics across the US doing intensive physical therapies for years. About 6 months ago we began training with Justen Smith (“Coach Jut”) with amazing results. Coach Jut combines his incredibly deep knowledge of how the human body works with a very comprehensive, consistent, purposeful approach to training I think very few trainers out there could match. We are truly grateful to have met him and would recommend him to *anyone* looking to overhaul/refine/accelerate their recovery or athletic training efforts.
