"A few years back my son was struck by lightning and was left with devastating injuries (SCI, nerve + muscle damage). He was in various clinics across the US doing intensive physical therapies for years. About 6 months ago we began training with Justen Smith (“Coach Jut”) with amazing results. Coach Jut combines his incredibly deep knowledge of how the human body works with a very comprehensive, consistent, purposeful approach to training I think very few trainers out there could match. We are truly grateful to have met him and would recommend him to *anyone* looking to overhaul/refine/accelerate their recovery or athletic training efforts.
I have several years of teaching personal training, applying evidence-based methods, individualized programming, and motivational coaching to help clients achieve sustainable results. I am passionate about movement, committed to professional growth, and bring an engaging, approachable presence to every session.
