“David is an exceptionally strong mathematician, an experienced classroom instructor, and, just as importantly, the kind of patient, encouraging, and intellectually generous teacher who can help students develop both competence and confidence in mathematics.”Tushar D., studentAbout DavidI have taught various math classes at the university level for 10 years. I have also tutored for 5 years, mostly university level but some high school students, specifically for the STAAR test.
My teaching philosophy is simple: meet each student where they are and help them move forward with confidence. It usually takes a few questions to understand how they are thinking about a problem and what support they need most.Go to profileDavid S.From $40 per lesson
