Bill’s deep understanding of lacrosse, both from a player’s and coach’s perspective, gives him a comprehensive approach to player development. Starting his lacrosse career at Huntington High School, Bill quickly became known for his standout performances as a goalie under the guidance of legendary coach Paul McDermott, a Hall of Fame inductee. Bill earned All-County honors twice and All-Division honors twice, establishing himself as one of the top goalies in the area. This period in his life taught him the foundational skills and mental toughness that every lacrosse player needs to succeed. After high school, Bill took his game to Hofstra University, where he played under John Denowski, one of the sport’s most respected coaches. Denowski’s reputation for developing top-level players and teams made him the perfect coach to help Bill hone his craft at the collegiate level.
