With a passion for golf that spans years, I teach real golf not just how to hit the ball. We will be going out on the actual course by lesson 8. I bring a wealth of experience to the fairways as a 7 handicap golf instructor. Specializing in swing training, strength conditioning, and mastering the art of the driver swing, I deeply understand the game's nuances. I've be committed to my teaching for almost 25 years, helping people of all levels. I’ve taught over 30,000 group & private lessons helping people achieve their goals. I’ve been a member of the PGA since 2004. I was the head teaching pro at El Dorado Park in Long Beach for 13 years before moving over to Recreation Park 18. I created the first ever teaching & coaching completion within the PGA of America called America’s Golf Coach. I also created and run a non profit in Long Beach called Tee Off Together. Hello! I’m Seth. I love playing and teaching others golf. I have 16 years of golfing experience starting with high school competitive play and lessons with several coaches. Anything golf related you want to know, I should have the answer. I focus on swing fundamentals, theory, and game management. For absolute beginners, the goal is to never miss the ball. For the more intermediate players, the goal is to develop a consistent repeatable shot pattern. For advanced players, the goal is to be able to shape the ball on command and control ball flight.

With over 25 years of experience in the game, golf has been a lifelong passion that has taken me from junior competitions to D1 collegiate golf and beyond. I played for Oregon State University and did not miss a tournament. Additionally, I have competed at the U.S. Girls Junior Amateurs twice (‘08, ‘09) and the U.S. Women's Amateurs twice (‘12, ‘14). My PR is 64 back in high school. After college, I competed professionally on the Cactus Tour in Arizona, where I secured a tournament win at -11. While in Arizona, I also found joy in teaching, working with kids ages 6 to 12 at the TopGolf Summer Academy, helping them develop strong fundamentals and a love for the game. I also have experience going to Q-School and made it to Stage 2 my first year.
