Imagine consistently driving the green and sinking putts under pressure. I empower students to reach their full potential by instilling the fundamentals and developing strategic on-course decision-making. As a former D1 athlete with 20 years of experience, I provide personalized guidance and mentorship to help you excel on the course.
"I appreciated the focus on fixing my setup and takeaway. Alan's advice really made my swing feel noticeably smoother and more consistent. It was a pretty good lesson because Alan gave me tips and things to look out for to develop an even better swing in the future. Overall, I left me feeling more confident about my iron shots. If you're looking for someone who offers helpful good insights and feedback from watching you swing, and learning the fundamentals I def recommend Alan.

"I was only fortunate enough to know and work with David Byrne for a little over a month before he relocated to California, but that short time made a lasting impact on my game. I truly enjoyed his passion for golf and his genuine desire to help players get better. David often went out of his way to coach me between lessons whenever he wasn’t already busy teaching others—something I greatly appreciated. At 67 years old, I’m not looking to completely rebuild my golf swing, and David understood that from day one. His approach focuses on helping you find a swing thought that works for your swing, rather than forcing a onesizefitsall method. He helped me understand my swing plane and path, and how to consistently get into the right position before impact. After that, his favorite encouragement was always: ‘Turn the corner!’ And it worked. David is a talented instructor, an insightful coach, and an allaround good person. And watch out for his son—just a wee lad with a fabulous golf swing already! David’s passion clearly runs in the family.

I recommend sneakers or golf shoes, a glove, weather appropriate clothing and a water bottle. The thirst is real. I recommend a little bit of stretching before you arrive and come a little early to get balls and get sorted. We went to get the most out of each lesson.

Whichever golf equipment you have will be sufficient. I do recommend a golf glove so we can get a good grip on the club, comfortable shoes(does not have to be golf shoes) something with a harder toe just for the finish.
