With proven experience, I foster a supportive environment where dedication and discipline meet passion. I have coaching experience with several varsity position groups, both offense and defense. I also have several years experience as a varsity football special teams coordinator, defensive coordinator, and strength and conditioning coach. I am most passionate about strength and speed development, running back and linebacker play, and development of skills (basic to advanced).
"Coach Walsh coached me for 3 years and we worked closely as he headed both the defense and our weightlifting program. Walsh is the type of instructor who will be your biggest supporter and hype man while also holding you accountable. He built a friendly connection with everyone on the team so it was very easy to ask questions. Whether it was showing correct form for lifting or how to do a certain block, Walsh was always ready to give an example. Coach Walsh is very dedicated to his work and passionate about making his players the best they can be.
