Angles: inside-out pursuit
Blocking position (hands inside, wide base) without live contact
Tackling fit: âeyes up, near foot, near shoulder, wrap and squeezeâ (on bags)

Simple football IQ:
Offense: âline up, stance, snap count, run to daylightâ
Defense: âalignment, leverage, pursuit to the ballâ

Ladder / Dot Footwork (quick feet + balance; keep it simple for younger kids)
