"Met Coach Corders at Nike Football Camp my freshman year. Saw him providing instruction to WR/DB group. The way he was able to communicate what to do and illustrate how to execute various skills was extraordinary. Asked him to train me. Ironically, he coached football at my school, Metrolina Christian Academy. We trained 2-3/week and wide receiver skills, speed & agility along with strength and conditioning. He helped me to maintain focus on details, and train like a starter from Day One. If you are serious about football, fitness.. Coach Corders is the trainer for you.
