Great athletes aren’t born, they’re developed through quality coaching, consistent fundamentals, and confidence built one rep at a time. As a licensed Health & PE teacher, former collegiate defensive back, and experienced football coach, I’m passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field. I specialize in working with athletes ages 10–17, providing instruction in youth football, flag football, defensive back development, football fundamentals, and speed and agility training. Girls flag football is one of my specialties, and I take pride in helping female athletes develop the skills, confidence, and football IQ to compete at a high level. Whether you’re just getting started or preparing for your next season, every lesson is tailored to your goals, experience, and position. My coaching philosophy is simple: master the fundamentals, compete with confidence, and never stop improving. Every session is designed to develop technique, football IQ, decision making, and athletic confidence in a positive, high-energy environment where athletes are challenged to be their best. My goal is for every athlete to leave each lesson more confident, more disciplined, and more prepared than when they arrived.
