I’m Michael Byrd, Jr. I have over 20 years of experience as an athlete beginning as a youth athlete. I have played Division 1 college football and I hold two degrees from Texas Christian University and Valparaiso University. I have also played professional football at the arena/indoor level and professionally in Brazil. I have played Wide Receiver/ Cornerback/ Running Back/ Safety/Kick Return/Punt Return throughout the course of my career.
"Coach Michael was incredibly patient and encouraging during Taylor’s first training session. His knowledge of the game was impressive, and he made Taylor feel comfortable while helping him build confidence. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to working with him again!
Fueled by a lifelong love of football, I bring purposeful, evidence-informed coaching to every session. I have taught football for 10 years, combining tactical insight, technical skill development for linebackers/defensive lineman, and performance planning to build confident, strategic players. I am professional, dedicated, and approachable.
