Basketball has opened doors for me, and now my goal is to help do the same for others. At CNFDNC Basketball, we’re building more than skilled players. We’re building confident ones. Every session is designed to improve your skills, basketball IQ, and confidence through game-like training that translates to real competition. 🎥 Some workouts are recorded so you can showcase your progress on social media. 👕 Athletes who consistently show up, put in the work, and represent the program well may earn exclusive CNFDNC training apparel. Whether you’re trying to make the team, earn more minutes, or elevate your game, let’s get to work.
"One of the best basketball training experiences I’ve had. Coach Teek brings great energy, attention to detail, and a real understanding of the game. Every workout is challenging but purposeful, focusing on improving skills, footwork, shooting, and overall confidence on the court. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping players get better. If you’re serious about elevating your game and becoming a better all around player, I definitely recommend training with Him
