Training 2-3We would review the four pivots, work on your child's passing, catching and ball handling.
At 55 years old, I am a very good teacher on how to shoot the basketball.
Training 4-10Master the basics and integrate your child into 1v1, 3v3, and 5 v 5 games. Develop your mental and physical toughness, your basketball IQ and How to compete on every play. Develop your leadership role Individually and teach your child how to lead/influence others.
