Private Basketball Training Sessions & Coaches in Venice, CA

My name is Ghared Boyce, a Boston native now based in Los Angeles. I’m a former college basketball player, 2,000-point scorer, and Everett High School’s all-time leading scorer. My playing experience has shaped the way I train athletes — with an emphasis on details, repetition, confidence, and skills that translate directly to the game. I train players of all ages and skill levels, from youth and high school athletes to college players, and I have experience working with professional players. My training specializes in shooting, scoring, ball handling, footwork, finishing, basketball IQ, and overall player development. Every player is different, so I don’t believe in giving everyone the exact same workout. During our first session, I evaluate your strengths, weaknesses, skill level, position, and goals. From there, I build training around what you need most and progressively challenge you as you improve. Whether you’re learning the fundamentals, trying to make your school team, preparing for the next level, or already competing at a high level, my goal is to help you become a more skilled, confident, and complete basketball player. Expect detailed instruction, competitive workouts, game-speed repetitions, and accountability every session.
