Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionThe first lesson will be going through basic skill set trainings and spending the first 10 to 15 minutes, understanding your level and needs while training you. After that, the rest of the session will be spent developing your needs as a player.
Training Session 2-3In the second the third lessons, you can expect a concise and specialized approach to developing your game. Working on your weakness, strengthening your strength and challenging you and making you uncomfortable in multiple ways.
Training Session 4-10Lessons four through 10, expect me to challenge you even more. Finding the weaknesses in your game and what needs to be developed the most. It may not always be easy, but we’re always going to attack it with a good attitude and have a good time.
Training Session 11+The remaining lessons will be spent truly understanding your goals so that you can master them. Stick with me and you won’t believe the basketball player that you once were is now you.
Advanced training plan
Your first training sessionThe first lesson will focus on evaluating your game at a high level. We’ll spend the first 10–15 minutes breaking down your strengths, weaknesses, and overall play style, then transition into high-intensity skill work. Expect a fast pace, attention to detail, and drills that immediately challenge your execution, consistency, and decision-making.
