I’m a lifelong student of the game, raised in a family of coaches, and I’ve spent years in the gym studying how players actually improve. I care about the details—footwork, decision-making, and building skills that show up in real games. I built my own game around efficiency—shooting over 60% from three with a 3:1 assist-to-turnover ratio—and that same approach is what I now use to help players improve and reach their potential. My name is Coach Leslie aka Coach L. I am an experienced basketball coach, trainer, and former player. who loves the game dearly.  I have played for over 30 years since the age of 5. I am a USA Gold licensed coach who trains players from age 2 to 18. I also have the ability to train college students as well. I currenty coach a club basketball team and a high school team. Therefore I am well versed in both individual skills and team aspects. I am a very detail oriented trainer that focuses on the fundamentals and mental toughness. My goal is to enhance the athlete with all of the basic skills through hard work and repetition so that they can translate their attributes onto the court within a team setting.
