"Nick was extremely patient and kind! I had a very specific thing I was looking for coaching on, and he was super knowledgeable. Despite it only being an hour, I felt like I walked away for sure with tools to help my throw! He had super useful exercises ready to run, and was nothing but encouraging and patient even as I fully made him run a ton/overthrew/poorly threw the ball. Would highly recommend!

Emphasize repetition, mindset, routine, and situational preparedness. I believe players improve through consistent, purposeful repetition that builds confidence and creates good habits. I focus on developing a strong mindset, being disciplined, resilience, and confident in both success and failure. Establishing daily routines helps players prepare mentally and physically, while situational drills teach them to anticipate the game, understand their role and be ready to execute.
