What you need to bringDependent on the lesson kids should be expected to bring their own bat, helmet, batting gloves, fielding glove, cleats, and uniform if specified!
A hat and sunglasses is always recommended, as well as a light nutritional snack if parents see fit.
A water bottle(s) will be provided if your child does not bring their own.
What I can bringEquipment Provided Includes but is not Limited To - baseballs, wiffle balls, mini wiffle balls, plyo balls, cones, resistance bands, baseball tee, slow motion videography equipment, video and other teaching content, first aid equipment, as well as gloves, bats, and helmets for suitable sizes if necessary.
