I have a strong foundation in bodybuilding through both education and practical experience. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, giving me extensive knowledge of training, nutrition, and human performance. I have also worked as a personal trainer for over a year, helping clients build muscle, improve strength, and achieve their fitness goals through effective, evidence-based programs.

I fell in love with pickleball when i joined my highschools pickleball team. I am a very passionate, patient, and energetic coach. I like to have fun !
