I am from Hillsboro, Oregon, and I've been immersed in pickleball for over three years. What drew me to the sport is its perfect blend of athleticism and social interaction. As a court ambassador for the past two years, I've worked closely with true beginners, helping them discover the joy of pickleball. One of the most rewarding aspects of pickleball is how quickly one can pick it up with the right coaching. As my students mature, we focus more on building confidence competing. My older students provide notes for us to improve their level of competition in real matches.
