I picked up tennis as a middle schooler, played as a high schooler and enjoyed it competitively into both college (recreational) and during active duty. I continue to play, learn and tutor my children. I also had the honor of coaching elementary and middle school children as a Senior in high school. My desire to coach is in inspiring the next generation in this wonderful sport. Elaborating; my more competitive years were from 1994-1997 where I would compete across the state of Oklahoma in numerous USTA tournaments. Additionally, our high school hosted and participated in weekly matches and tournaments during the fall and spring school semesters. On a personal level, I am a Christian, husband, father, and hobbies are numerous because I’m an adventurous guy (tennis, golf, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, mountain and trail hiking, Astronomy). Additionally, I coached Jr. Flag football (6 seasons), Jr. Volleyball (1 season) & Little League Baseball (2 seasons). My MinistrySafe Background Church sponsored by First Baptist Church of Georgetown (TX) was renewed as of July 2025 which included specific training in Sexual Assault Prevention and Reporting.
