Basketball is my language; I help players communicate on court with clarity and purpose. I have taught basketball for several years, emphasizing fundamentals, situational decision-making, and athletic development. I combine disciplined instruction, tactical insight, and encouraging mentorship to elevate skills and confidence.

As a native French tutor with a baccalaureate, my teaching philosophy combines immersive techniques with a passion for French culture. In each session, I start with conversational practice to warm up, then move on to introduce new grammar or vocabulary, which we apply through interactive activities involving real-world French media. A unique aspect of my lessons is the incorporation of cultural discussions, giving students a taste of the Francophone world beyond the language.

I love to teach Spanish and English Grammar like a Second Language. I have been teaching Spanish like a second language to kids from 3 years to 10 for about 10 years and English Grammar like a second language to Hispanic ladies for about 3 years. I also have been translating documents from English to Spanish and vice versa for about 3 years in Jersey Village Church of Christ.

200HR yoga certification. I teach beginner and slow flow yoga. I work in self love and releasing. Inner healing and breath work while remaining present in the moment. Each class is customized to target the students needs.

Wayne Campbell is the creator of the Stretch Yoga Therapy Method and owner of Urban Fit Yoga in Houston, Texas. He is a three-time USA National Yoga Champion (2017, 2019, 2020) and a two-time International Yoga Champion (2020, 2022). Wayne specializes in one-on-one coaching to improve flexibility, mobility, alignment, posture, recovery, and overall movement quality. Wayne’s goal is helping clients move better, feel better, and live with less pain. He is also a Certified Bikram Hot Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist.

I have taught writing at the University of Iowa. I’m currently teaching first year writing at the University of Houston. Students-centered approach is the bedrock of my teaching philosophy. I have done this by motivating my students to try new things with genres, themes, and forms that speak to them by giving priority to their interests, backgrounds, and learning preferences.
