Born with a passion for the game, I came to the U.S. on a full scholarship to compete at the collegiate level, where i built a solid foundation in both skill and discipline. After graduating, I went on to play professionally around the world — including stints in Georgia, Mexico, Rwanda, and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Competing internationally allowed me to absorb different basketball styles, cultures, and training methods, all of which shaped my unique approach to player development. I picked up tennis as a middle schooler, played as a high schooler and enjoyed it competitively into both college (recreational) and during active duty. I continue to play, learn and tutor my children. I also had the honor of coaching elementary and middle school children as a Senior in high school. My desire to coach is in inspiring the next generation in this wonderful sport. Elaborating; my more competitive years were from 1994-1997 where I would compete across the state of Oklahoma in numerous USTA tournaments. Additionally, our high school hosted and participated in weekly matches and tournaments during the fall and spring school semesters. On a personal level, I am a Christian, husband, father, and hobbies are numerous because I’m an adventurous guy (tennis, golf, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, mountain and trail hiking, Astronomy). Additionally, I coached Jr. Flag football (6 seasons), Jr. Volleyball (1 season) & Little League Baseball (2 seasons).
