My name is Isabel Pack, and I am a former competitive volleyball player with five years of club and high school experience in California. At 6’6”, I bring strong knowledge of the game and a passion for coaching. I also helped lead youth volleyball camps, teaching children ages 5–13 fundamental skills and teamwork.

Equipped with a bachelor's degree in Jazz Performance and Audio Production, I have been teaching and playing drums in the greater Nashville area for over 10 years. We will cover the skills necessary for having confidence behind the kit, with a clear road map for how to get there.

I bring 25 years of basketball experience, including a 15-year professional career in the U.S. and Europe after playing NCAA Division I basketball at Morehead State University. My coaching develops complete players through ball handling, shooting, footwork, finishing, decision-making, basketball IQ, and confidence. As part of their recording and touring history, Sons of Sylvia worked closely with Carrie Underwood. The group recorded with Underwood on her album Play On, collaborating on the song “What Can I Say”, which became a notable track from the album. In addition to the recording, Sons of Sylvia performed alongside Underwood on major tours, further establishing their presence within the top tier of contemporary country music.
