About your volleyball coach
My name is Isabel Pack, and I am a former competitive volleyball player with five years of club and high school experience in California. At 6’6”, I bring strong knowledge of the game and a passion for coaching. I also helped lead youth volleyball camps, teaching children ages 5–13 fundamental skills and teamwork.

Your first lessonLearning standard positioning and technique for passes, setting, and underhand serving.
Lesson 2-3Build confidence in technique for simple gameplay (passes, serving, setting). Overall coordination
Lesson 4-10Start working on footwork for approaches, proper arm technique and blocking.
Lesson 11+Working on adjustment from under to overhand serves, footwork for diving, building confidence in gameplay knowledge and movement.
