As a seasoned guitarist, I've had the privilege of touring with renowned artists like Sammy Kershaw, lending my skills as lead guitarist for an exhilarating five-year journey. Alongside this iconic experience, I've collaborated with numerous other big names in the music industry, sharing stages and making music that resonates with audiences worldwide. My journey has taken me to Nashville, where I've recorded sessions and immersed myself in the heart of the country music scene. Now, fueled by my passion for music, I'm on a quest to expand my horizons and continue pursuing opportunities to create and perform music that inspires and captivates audiences.

Mark Cahak is a lifelong student and teacher of the game of lacrosse, committed to developing players of all levels through moral integrity, passion, hard work, and skill-building. A standout defenseman at Fayetteville-Manlius High School (First Team All-League, All-CNY, and Empire State Games team member), Mark went on to play for Syracuse University, where he was part of the 2009 National Championship team and a two-time Athletic Director’s Honor Roll recipient. Mark began his coaching career as Defensive Coordinator at Harvard-Westlake in California and went on to hold coaching roles at Montgomery Bell Academy and Ensworth School in Nashville. As Ensworth’s Head Coach from 2015–2018, he led the program to a state championship and earned TSLA, US Lacrosse Tennessee, and Tennessean Coach of the Year honors. Mark’s coaching philosophy centers on building complete student-athletes—on the field and in life—by instilling discipline, leadership, and love for the game. Whether working with beginners or seasoned players, he brings energy, focus, and a genuine dedication to helping athletes grow.
